Join the Hayes Valley Farm Team.

Comprised of urban farmers, educators, neighbors, artists, and community members, the Hayes Valley Farm Team builds community in the urban commons. We developed our dynamic governance model in alignment with our collaborative practices. We invite participation at every level -- from a turn of the compost to leading a tour.

Energy Consortium
The Energy Consortium (Resources and Finance Council) coordinates projects with resources. Consortium members: Janelle Fitzpatrick, Angela Goebel, Margaretha Haughwout, Aimee Hill, Cyndie Hoffman. 

Root Council
The Root Council (Board of Directors) aligns projects with priorities. Council members: Angela Goebel, Casey Gold, Lindsey Goldberg, Zoey Kroll, Jessie Raeder, Jay Rosenberg, Curtis Schofield, Ron Stanford. 

Ground Collective
The Ground Collective (Human Resources) encourages the practice of non-violent communication between people and between groups. Collective members: Rachel Buddeberg, Lynda Smith Cowan, Mark McQuillen.
