METHODS 101. Permaculture Design Basics

Deeper Dive: METHODS OF DESIGN


When: Saturday and Sunday, October 2nd and 3rd - 10:00 am to 3:00 pm


Description: Ten hours of lecture, discussion, and hands-on design held in an intensive format over two days with an opportunity to use the tools as you learn on an actual design project in San Francisco. Students study and explore various concepts of methods of permaculture design including design tools, analysis, observation, deductions from nature, establishing and maintenance of systems and design conventions. Lectures and hands-on introduce students to techniques and varied applications.

There are no prerequisites to take this class.


Instructors: Jay Rosenberg


Cost and Considerations: The cost for the class is sliding scale from $50 - $100, for those who can afford it please do so, for those who cannot we are offerring work trade and scholarships ($25, enter code "methods2010" at checkout for half price.).
