Outdoor Yoga on the Farm

Hayes Valley Farm is starting a new free yoga class on Wednesdays.

Join a guest instructors before the Work Party on Wednesdays starting at 11:30am for yoga out of doors at Hayes Valley Farm.

Come experience the amazing spiritual possibilities while contemplating the cosmos from the warm asphalt of a former freeway ramp. You are held close by the surrounding plants, look up into the sky and there's a hummingbird! It's Wednesday afternoon, free yoga at Hayes Valley Farm!

Everyone is welcome.

Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat if you have one!
