Come experience the amazing spiritual possibilities while contemplating the cosmos from the warm asphalt of a former freeway ramp. You are held close by the surrounding plants, look up into the sky and there's a hummingbird! It's Thursday afternoon, free yoga at Hayes Valley Farm!

Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat if you have one!
