You are invited to attend the first Nonviolent Communication (NVC) practice session on Hayes Valley Farm. Learn the three pillars of Nonviolent Communication: Self-empathy, giving empathy, and scary honesty. After this brief overview, we will practice, practice, and practice all three pillars with the goal to lay a foundation for using NVC on the farm whenever we have a chance.

Can't make this day & time? No compost! I'll be doing these sessions about once a month - for an intro to NVC, a refresher, and more practice. I will plan them around volunteer days, so please let me know if those days don't work for you and i'll add some other options.
