Chop & Drop Empathy

Learning Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is learning a new language. So, like learning, say, French we benefit from regular practice. We're combining practicing NVC with doing something on the farm! Join us for some chopping & dropping (or some other repetitive farm task) and get/give empathy while you're at it - each Sunday in September from 3-4 PM. Ask when you sign in where to find us.

Requested experience: It is helpful if you understand the basics of NVC, including giving empathy.
