For this class we will learn to identify the beneficials, edibles, and medicinals in the gardens at Hayes Valley Farm through tasting, smelling, touching and looking at the plants where they grow. As we learn about the plants we will also learn best practices for maintaining these plants in each season. Basics of greenhouse care will also be covered.
