An introductory course to Urban Permaculture

We will explore the fundamentals of permaculture as applied to the urban setting, and in particular the Hayes Valley Farm site. This course covers an introduction to permaculture, applied ethics, principles and design in a lecture and hands-on based format. This is the perfect course for any newcomers to the concepts of permaculture

This three hour class is open to everyone and is held on:

• the first Sunday of the month from 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm at Hayes Valley Farm (450 Laguna Street, San Francisco)
• the third Tuesday of every month from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm at Church of the Advent (261 Fell Street, San Francisco)

Please try to arrive 15-30 minutes early.

Cost and Considerations: The average cost for a permaculture design course is between $750 and $2000. Our Permaculture Bootcamp is an opportunity to sample the possibilities before committing to something larger, something more long term.

The cost for Permaculture Bootcamp is $50. For those who cannot afford this class, we offer work trade and scholarships at half price ($25, enter code "bootcamp_worktrade" at checkout for half price).

As long as seats are available, no one will be turned away for lack of funds, only lack of passion.
