SOILS 104. Introduction to Compost Teas

Deeper Dive: SOILS

When: Monday, December 13 - 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Description: Three hours of lecture, discussion, and hands-on outdoor/classroom activity. Students study and explore various concepts of soil science including soil health, the history and latest findings in the field, benefits, process and recipes for vegetable gardens. Lectures and hands-on introduce students to techniques and varied applications.

There are no prerequisites to take this class.

Instructors: Aimee Hill and Jay Rosenberg

Cost and Considerations: The cost for the class is sliding scale from $50 - $75, for those who can afford it please do so, for those who cannot we are offerring work trade and scholarships ($25, enter code "soils2010" at checkout for half price).
